Description

This is a large apartment, spacious for 2 or 3 (110 sq. m).
Floor to ceiling windows span the living room and front bedroom, filling the apartment with an abundance of light. Paintings, books and CDs offer a relaxing atmosphere.
The apartment has all the modern conveniences: central heating, air conditioning (and fans), high speed Internet with a Mac computer and telephones in all the rooms. The large living room, complete with vintage, 1970s couch, armchairs, and coffee table is complimented with a 21st century entertainment center (29" television, VCR, DVD and CD player.) looks out onto Billinghurst Street full of trees. The bookshelves are filled with a variety of great books. The writing/computer desk comes with Mac and high-speed Internet access and a printer.

The dining room accommodates 4-6 comfortably.

The master bedroom comes with a new queen size sommier bed and anatomical "intelligent" pillows and also goose down pillows. Perfect for peaceful overnight sleeping or mid-day naps. There is also a large television and a DVD player in the bedroom.

There is a second bedroom with a twin size bed (90x 190) and a desk with Hi Speed Internet access. There is also a nice balcony full of sun and flowers.

The master bathroom comes with a shower, bathtub, toilet and bidet. There are two additional half bathrooms with toilets.

The kitchen is large and perfect for cooking large meals or reheating take out (empanadas) in the microwave. The kitchen also has a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a breakfast table that accommodates 3-4, and a complete set of dishes and pots and pans for cooking.

The laundry room is right off of the kitchen and complete with washer and dryer, as well as a place to hang dry clothes.

The apartment is very quiet, with limited traffic noise from the street.

Cleaning:
The maid comes twice a week to clean, change towels and sheets. If you need further services like personal laundry, you can talk to the maid.

About the Neighborhood:
The location is superb. The flat is in Barrio Norte, which is an interesting neighborhood, calm and safe. It is also filled with great shopping, sidewalk cafes and tempting restaurants. Fifty meters from Av Santa Fe, two blocks from the Bulnes subway station and one block from bus stops providing access to all other parts of the city. You are also just 2 blocks from Alto Palermo Shopping where you can buy everything you need. Taxis (which are very inexpensive in Buenos Aires) also abound and circulate 24hs
