This is a great apartment for both singles or couples.

Fitted with flat-screen TV, mini-safe deposit box, mini fridge with ice-maker, music stereo, cable television, broadband internet wifi, microwave and kitchen utensils, electric oven and stove. Full bath with shower and tub. Fantastic pool on terrace (open in summer) to chill on those hot Buenos Aires days. Coin-op laundry on building.

Rate includes: all city taxes, weekly linen and towel renewal, internet access and cable television. I will loan you a local prepaid basic cel phone if you need one.

Clean-up: rate includes clean-up upon departure.
For stays longer than one week, a weekly clean-up and linen-towel change is included also.
Should you want more, you can deal directly with the maid.

Check in times are 2pm-8pm and checkout times 8am-10am. Earlier check-ins and late check-outs are subject to apartment's availability and subject to a $30 charge.

Upon arrival you will need to present a photocopy of the first page of your passport/travel document and sign a lease contract and inventory.
