Welcome to my brand new lovely flat located at the heart of "Palermo Queens" (Villa Crespo).
My home is spacious, full of light, nicely decorated with a balcony and huge terrace to enjoy during mornings and relaxing evenings.
It's composed of one double room with a comfy double bed (sommier) with high-quality and brand-new bed sheets.
The living room is good size and includes art-deco new "futon" (sofa bed) which you can easily open so it becomes another double bed for two people. You will find fine linen for both beds as well as towels. I've left some of my politics, poetry and arts books for you to enjoy.
The bathroom is really nice and I included some art there as well!
In the terrace, there is nice living room set. It's a great space to organise dinner with friends during spring and hot summer nights while you watch the Southern starts. Also perfect to sunbath, read and meditate in peace. Soon I will buy an electric BBQ. However, in the shared terrace you have access to a nice BBQ. You just need to book it with the doorwoman (Estela). You will also be able to use a nice jacuzzi!
The flat is excellently located at the heart of "Palermo Queens" (a trendy area in Villa Crespo). Close great restaurants such as "La Crespo" (best kosher and jewish food in Buenos Aires), lovely "Malvon" (one of the best brunch places in town) and the new "La Cabrera" (best meat in BA). Also only two blocks from the famous outlets area in Buenos Aires and only 10' walk to Plaza Serrano with its arts fairs and outdoor bars. The area has been developing as a trendy, young and creative corner which, at the same time, maintains its local and peaceful spirit and rhythm.
Subway/ Tube "B" (Malabia station) is only 5' walk. You will be in the center of Buenos Aires in only 15' or in Belgrano in 10'. Also most buses and trains connecting you with every neighbourhood and the province of Buenos Aires are walking distance. The "Bosques de Palermo" are reachable in a 25' good walk or by bus in 5'. You cannot find best!
