This is a unique house on the edge of Palermo Soho so close to all the fun, but away from the noise. Plaza Serrano and Plaza Armenia are 10mins walk, while the botanical gardens and the subway are just 5mins.

The space

This is a duplex (over three levels!) with a large living/dining area, a loft bedroom and another double bedroom. Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms, and the main bathroom has a spa bath.

An open plan kitchen is off the living room, with an enclosed BBQ area at the other side, which leads to the TERRACE! So much space!!

It really is a unique property in a great location - it will make you feel at home in Buenos Aires.

Guest access

You have the whole house to yourselves and the BBQ and terrace are totally private - almost unheard of in the area (most apartments offer shared facilities).

The neighborhood

I call this area of Buenos Aires 'Palermo Comodo' (Comfortable Palermo). You are 5 minutes walk to Palermo Soho but in a quieter residential area than most 'Palermo Soho' properties. However, you are also close to the Botanical gardens, Alto Palermo shopping and less than a block from the beautiful plaza Guemes and Boulevard Charcas.

Getting around

You are five minutes walk to Scalabrini Ortiz Subte Line D stop. There are multiple buses passing nearby.

Other things to note

Double glazing and quiet neighbours keep this house very tranquil. The main accommodation is on the first floor via stairs. There is a lift to all floors, but it is only available by prior arrangement for longer term guests, and with an extra fee.
